  5. slowly add the water
  6. add the vegetables and lightly stir all the ingredients
  7. bring water to boil.
  8. lower heat, cover and cook for 45-60 minutes
  9. stir in the salt at the very end
  10. melt ghee or coconut oil over the top and garnish with cilantro
