This is the 1st time I have cooked a patty pan and had to look for some inspiration from cookpad, @skunkmonkey101 gave me the right idea, as I knew my fussy eaters wouldn't just eat the funny shaped squashes, stuffed with my favourite sausage meat was the way to go. It also felt a bit as goldilocks as we had three different sizes patty pans, mummy bear went for the biggest and it was delicious.

- 400 grams sausage meat
- Nutmeg, sea salt and black pepper

- Bechamel sauce to top(make it with butter, flour and milk)

- Stuff the squashes carefully so that you don't break the skin. Top with a bit of bechamel sauce


- Bake in oven for further 20 minutes or until bechamel start to brown a bit
